Have you noticed your habits may have changed during the stay-at-home orders in this COVID-19 situation?
If you’re like most of us, you’re habits have definitely changed.
Maybe you’re eating more often since you’re commuting to/from work less frequently.
And because the kitchen is close by all day long under the stay-at-home orders.
Or maybe you’re less active these days since we’re not able to go to the gym, or walk at our normal places of employment, or do the activities we normally were able to do prior to the pandemic.
For many of us, that change is resulting a lowered activity level and an increased and/or changed eating habits.
And, if you’re like the majority of folks out there…you’re gaining weight.
