Your Brain Isn’t the Problem, It’s the Solution

Some people feel their brain is THE problem.


It’s what is creating all their bad habits.


It’s what drives them to say crazy and unkind things to themselves.


It’s what makes them not stick to their goals.


It’s what steers them off course.


It’s what drives them to make poor eating decisions.


It’s what tell them to eat ALL the cookies in the package.


I’m here to tell you that may be true, but…


I have some good news.


The other part of our brain, the part that is stronger, the part that knows better, the part that can choose to be in complete control… has THE solution.


This is the part of our brain that differentiates us from all the animals on the planet.


This is the part of the brain that has the ability to plan.


This is the part of the brain that can make decisions ahead of time.


This is the part of the brain that can set a goal and learn how to stick to it.


This is the part of the brain that can learn to override all those little in-the-moment urges in order to achieve a greater, long-term, worthwhile goal.


So you see, your brain isn’t the problem, it’s actually the solution.
